Smith Freed & Eberhard Presented at the 2013 OCAA Spring Symposium

The Oregon Casualty Adjuster’s Association (OCAA) held their annual Spring Symposium on Thursday, April 25th, 2013 at the Hilton in Portland, Oregon. The 2013 OCAA Spring Symposium is designed to provide claims professionals with targeted information that will allow them to improve their knowledge and claims handling skills.

Featured Presentation:

This year’s featured presentation was, “Burying the Hatchet: Dram Shop Mock Trial,” featuring Smith Freed & Eberhard’s Managing Partner,  Jeff Eberhard and Partner, Cliff Wilson. This presentation provided an entertaining and interactive look into an actual Oregon dram shop case and provided a better understanding of the evidentiary bases for liquor liability claims.
