Duncan Campbell is an associate attorney licensed in Oregon and Washington. He works on the personal lines practice team as well as the commercial lines practice team.
Duncan graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 2020. Prior to that, Duncan graduated with a degree in Political Science in 3 years from the University of Oregon in 2016.
After graduating from law school, Duncan worked as a law clerk for a prominent plaintiff’s side personal injury firm. During his second year of practice, Duncan passed the uniform bar examination and was admitted to practice in Washington in addition to his Oregon Bar membership. Prior to working at Smith Freed Eberhard, Duncan’s experience focused on defending Workers’ Compensation claims for self-insured employers in the state of Washington, including work rebutting the occupational disease presumption statutes at RCW 51.32.185 and RCW 51.32.187.
At SFE, Duncan’s practice areas are Commercial Liability and Personal Lines. His experience focuses in a variety of areas including catastrophic injury, automobile liability, insurance claims related to PIP, UM/UIM, and bad faith allegations.
Duncan is a fourth-generation native Oregonian who loves the Pacific Northwest. He is an avid golfer, and fan of the Blazers and OSU Beavers, despite attending the University of Oregon. Duncan has a cocker spaniel named Lewis and a chi-poo named Luna, whom he loves dearly.
