Smith Freed Eberhard offers a unique and interactive “Black Belt” Trial Advocacy Training Program guided by the best trial advocacy instructors in the Pacific Northwest—our own partners. This internal training program provides our attorneys with the concepts and tools needed to expand and hone their trial and litigation skills. Our attorneys are taught how to create a winning theme, insight on how to win at voir dire, and a compelling opening statement.
