2013 Oregon Super Lawyers © and Rising Stars

Twelve attorneys from Smith Freed Eberhard have been named 2013 Oregon Super Lawyers and Rising Stars. No more than 5 percent of the attorneys in the state are selected to be included on the Super Lawyers list, and only the top 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.

The selection process consists of peer nominations, peer evaluations and third party research. In order to be included on the Super Lawyer list, an attorney must be over 40 years of age or they need to have been practicing law for 10 or more years. Attorneys included on the Rising Stars list must be under the age of 40 and have practiced law no more than 10 years.
